I was beyond ecstatic when an old graduation photoshoot client, Tonasha, reached back out to share the great news about her recent engagement. I was even more excited when I realized she wanted me to capture both their engagement and wedding. For the engagement session, we landed on the upscale Miami Design District.
Miami Design District is an upscale neighborhood filled with the finest dining, shopping, and art. There are over 170 brands including Chanel, Prada, Fendi, Cartier, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Baccarat, and more. It is the perfect location for couples who want to exude the luxury feels while showcasing their love for each other. Besides parking, it is totally free to shoot in Miami Design District. Be forewarned, security does not like seeing photographers with lighting equipment like reflectors and light stands. If they see you with any of the two, they will quickly interrupt the photoshoot and tell you that it isn’t allowed. Why? Who knows.
